Q1. Can I have another choice of fabric?
A1. You can, but you must specify what colour and length of pile & feature (curly, straight,
wooly etc) you would like. Then fuzzybee will quote you on how much this will cost.

Q2. I want a different designed bear/theme bear, can you make it?
A2. Fuzz Bears can review your request once you have provided a specified description of the bear you require and then we will contact you.

Q4. Will Fuzz Bears repair my bear if damaged within the first 2 months?
A4. Yes. Return your bear to Fuzz Bears and we will repair it for you for $15 +postage & handling.

Q5. Where does Fuzz Bears deliver to?
A5. We only deliver within Australia.

Q6. How will I get my bear?
A6. Your bear will be delivered to you. If you require a quicker service than normal postage, we will courier it out to you for a fee.

Fuzz Bears requires 20% deposit for any order taken.

The teddy bears created by Fuzz Bears are not made for children under 6

Fuzz Bears does not take responsibility for any persons who harm themselves with any part of the bear

Fuzz Bears does not take responsibility for postal damage. You can send the bear back within 2 days of receiving it to the address below to be repaired (within Australian only)

Fuzz Bears keep track of all deliveries

Fuzz Bears required payment on delivery of the bear/s. If posted, we will require payment before bear is delivered.
